So Brian went to the Fruit Growers meeting tonight on his bike and he came home with this!! He took the trailer to carry a few things and it was a good thing because when they called off his raffle number he won this beauty of a page orange tree. It sure was a funny site to see but a free tree in the yard is worth it by far.
Also on the bicycle topic...Momma got a new ride this weekend!!!! 
We have been searching and shopping and research and shopping some more. FINALLY, we ended up buying the Electra Townie. After doing a few test drives it was by far the best ride and best shift. It is so comfy!! We have been taking a bike ride every night since we got it too. I actually think that Daddy is now rethinking his ride too. There may be modification done on his bike soon to make it ride better. I really feel like we're doing the 'family thing' now. 
Check out our gear...complete with our 'Craig's list' bike trailer that we got for $30. And we like that, especially Dex!! As you read above, it was well worth the price since it just carted home a tree that was worth more than the trailer.

Also...when I wasn't biking this weekend I was making some 'gifts' for friends and family. I really want to show them off, but...they need to be shipped first. I hate to wreck the surprise because the recipients actually read this blog. (Yes, I'm talking about you Ranae...and you too Sara) I guess everyone else will see them soon enough, but they will have to be patient....and you know what...while you're being so patient, how about you leave me a comment.
